GlōTerrapy operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Our Services are supported by third-party ecommerce and technology providers that help us operate the website, process payments, and fulfill orders.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Each GlōTerrapy product is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. This means slight variations in color, scent, and texture are normal and part of what makes each batch unique.

We make every effort to display and describe products accurately. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on device screens and settings. We do not guarantee that product appearance on your screen will match the product you receive.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities by person, household, or order at our discretion.

Section 4 - Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from GlōTerrapy. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order is submitted, for reasons such as product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.

An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellations once an order is accepted.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to update it promptly so we can complete transactions and contact you when needed.

You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. You agree to pay all charges incurred at posted prices, including shipping and applicable taxes.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

GlōTerrapy products are intended for external use only unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Individual results vary. Natural ingredients can still cause sensitivities or allergic reactions. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists before purchase and performing a patch test before full use.

Our content and product descriptions are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice. GlōTerrapy products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
