SHIPPING POLICY

Every package we send is prepared with care, intention, and a whole lot of love. Here’s what to expect from checkout to doorstep. This page covers our processing time, shipping methods, tracking, delivery estimates, and how we handle common issues like delays, address errors, and packages that arrive damaged or missing — so you always know what to do next.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing GlōTerrapy to be part of your wellness journey.

We do our best to get your package to you smoothly, safely, and as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation.

Because our products are handmade, processing may take a little longer during peak seasons, holidays, or new product launches — we’ll always keep it reasonable, and we’ll always keep it real.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days within the United States after your package ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high-volume shipping periods.

3. Shipping Locations

At this time, GlōTerrapy ships only within the United States.

We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

4. Optional Package Protection (Route)

For extra peace of mind, we recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. Route helps cover eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.

If Route is added to your order, claims are handled through Route based on their coverage and approval process.

If Route is not selected, we will still do our best to support you — but replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues may be limited once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

If your tracking shows a delay or no movement, we recommend contacting the carrier first using your tracking number — and you can always email us too. We’ll help however we can.

6. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our studio, it is in the carrier’s hands.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked “delivered” but you don’t have it:

  • contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • email us at gloterrapy@gmail.com and we’ll help with documentation, if necessary

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it once returned (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Damaged Packages or Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at gloterrapy@gmail.com.

Include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s)

If approved, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
